(2) You are responsible for keeping your login data confidential and informing us of unauthorized access.

(3) We reserve the right to suspend or delete user accounts in case of violations of these Terms of Service.

3 Usage Rights and Obligations

(1) We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use our services for personal use.

(2) Prohibited uses include: - Illegal or unlawful activities - Violation of third-party rights - Distribution of malicious software - Automated access without our consent (scraping, bots)

(3) You are responsible for backing up data that you enter into our services.

4 Availability and Maintenance

(1) We strive to provide our services to the best of our ability but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

(2) We reserve the right to modify, restrict, or discontinue our services.

(3) Regular maintenance may result in temporary limitations.

5 Payments and Subscriptions

(1) Our services offer a free demo as well as premium subscriptions.

(2) Payments are processed via Stripe.

(3) Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time.

6 Intellectual Property

(1) All content on our services, including texts, graphics, logos, and software, is protected by copyright.

(2) By using our services, content you create (user-generated content) may be licensed by us to provide and improve the services.

(3) Distribution or reproduction of our content without our express permission is not permitted.

7 Liability

(1) Our liability is limited to cases of intent or gross negligence.

(2) We are not liable for consequential damages or data loss.

(3) Our services do not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice. All calculations and results are purely informational.

9 Changes to Terms of Service

10 Termination

(1) Ordinary Termination: Subscription services can be cancelled at any time for the next billing period.

(2) Extraordinary Termination: In case of serious violations of these Terms of Service, we may suspend the account immediately.

(3) Data Deletion: After termination, your personal data will be deleted unless legal retention obligations apply.

11 Final Provisions

(1) Severability: If one provision of these Terms of Service is invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

(2) Applicable Law: The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.

(3) Dispute Resolution: The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
