EU AI Act Transparency Notice

This notice provides transparency information pursuant to EU Regulation 2024/1689 (EU AI Act).

AI System Used

Our service uses the Llama 3 AI model (developed by Meta) via the Groq API for social media content generation. The AI generates captions, bios, and other text content based on your brand input.

Risk Classification

Our AI system falls under the "Limited Risk" category pursuant to Article 50 of the EU AI Act (transparency obligation). We do not use high-risk AI systems. The generated content is text-based social media content and does not fall under biometric identification, critical infrastructure, employment, education, or law enforcement use cases.

Transparency

All content generated by our service is AI-generated. Users are clearly informed that they are interacting with an AI system. Generated content is labeled as AI-generated where appropriate. Users retain full control over the content before it is published.

Human Oversight

Founder-led manual review of generated content before delivery. No fully automated publishing. Users review and approve all AI-generated content before it is posted to social media.

Training and Data

Your brand data (bio, captions) is used for AI inference only and not for model training. Groq follows a Zero Data Retention Policy. More information: https://groq.com/privacy-policy

Copyright in AI Outputs

Under German and EU law, works generated purely by AI systems do not have copyright protection as they lack a human author. Users bear responsibility for the content they publish. We recommend reviewing all AI-generated content before publication.
